Im trying to login on the Mac App and its keep telling me its a invalid user name and password. Please let me know how i can fix this.

Have you created an mSecure account in mSecure 5 or on our main website (https://www.msecure.com) before? mSecure 5 is the first and only version of mSecure to use an account system. Please create an mSecure account to get started with mSecure 5.
My problem: after creating an account on your main website I can´t login to the app with my mail address and/or password ("invalid username or password"). How can I fix it?
I have other Msecure and I'm trying to upgrade but it's not accepting g my login info
