Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. The only thing I can think here is that the Wi-Fi settings have somehow changed, and so the data store on your mSecure account is outdated.
Can you try opening the Sync Setting in mSecure on your PC, then disabled and re-enabled the "Main Computer" setting? That should refresh the Wi-Fi settings on your account and hopefully fix the problem.

Can't slide the "sync automatically" switch. In Syn settings, "Client" pane says "unknows ssid." How to fix? Network setting is switched to private.
