Thank you for contacting us. If you want to migrate your information into mSecure 6, you'll need to know the password required to unlock mSecure 4. When you open mSecure 4, are you able to enter your password to unlock the app? If you can't enter your password manually, are you able to unlock the app using Face/Touch ID? If you can unlock the app using either of these methods, you'll have no problems migrating to mSecure 6.
