Sync Issues: Mac to/from iPhone

My mSecure (Version 7) password file on my Mac does not sync completely with my iPhone (14Pro Max). This appeared to begin when I upgraded to Version 7. Also, if I add a new item into my file on my phone, it does not show up!
I'll have to bail if I cannot access my passwords on my phone.
Would appreciate any help yu can offer.
