Family Plan

I recently upgraded and thought I had to the Family Plan. How do I verify this?

Thank you for contacting us. To see what subscription you currently have active on your account, please follow the steps below on your iOS device:


  1. Open mSecure, then tap the menu button in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)
  2. Tap "Settings" in the menu
  3. Tap "Account Settings" in the Settings screen


Do you see your family subscription?
