Hi Liam,

you sent me an email and I have reply, but I'm desperate if I can't retrieve my password!

I had to restore my phone and when I download the msecure app again and used the password I thought I had, the password is not working and I can't access the app. 

I can't retrieve that info on any other devise, the only other thing that I have is the QR code that you guys sent me when I created the account. 

please please PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me

I'm sorry for how long you had to wait for a response here in the forum. I checked your email correspondence with Liam, and it looks like he send you an email last week explaining how to reset your account. Were you able to get through those steps, and do you now have access to your account again?
