Re-install

Hello, I have been using MSECURE since v3.  When I purchased this software I purchased the unlimited license.  My hard drive crashed and i had to re-install.  I am now having syncing issue becuase I don't think my license is working.

lost all applications when my laptop crashed. Got Windows 16 up and running but not programs.

Thank you for contacting us. You having access to your information is of the utmost importance. Do you have access to your data in any version of mSecure on at least one device? All that matters is that you can access your information. Even if you don't know the password to unlock mSecure but you're able to unlock it using some type of biometric authentication like Face or Touch ID, everything should be good moving forward.
