Re-install

Hello, I have been using MSECURE since v3.  When I purchased this software I purchased the unlimited license.  My hard drive crashed and i had to re-install.  I am now having syncing issue becuase I don't think my license is working.

Thank you for contacting us. Can you let me know what type of computer you are using? Is it a Mac or PC?

lost all applications when my laptop crashed. Got Windows 16 up and running but not programs.
