Attachments wont sync

My attachments don't all synch between devices on Msecure cloud. The attachments show on my Apple IOS devices but not on Windows PC

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. I haven't heard of this issue from other customers, but I think I may know what's happening. Are you saying that you choose a photo you have taken in mSecure on your iPhone, attach it to your record, and then the photo doesn't show up on your PC? Does it look like there's an empty attachment in the record on your PC after it syncs?
