Help getting old records

New phone  was using old version

I have my backups and when I do restore it say 27 records brought over but id dont see them in program?

what am i doing wrong

Hi Chet,

Thank you for contacting us. When you restore from a backup, you should see the records in the app after the restore completes. After closing and reopening mSecure, do you see your records?
