Sync from iPhone to new iPhone

I have MSecure on pc but nothing syncs from one iPhone to the other or my PC. I have it set to sync by Wi-Fi. I can’t use my new iPhone until the data from the old one syncs.

Thank you for contacting us. One thing to mention, with Wi-Fi syncing, you cannot sync directly from one iPhone to another. You would need to first sync to your PC from your old iPhone, then you would be able to sync your new iPhone to the data in mSecure on your PC.
