When I enter my IP address in the iPhone of my new iPad Pro and try try to link it through the internet it says there is a network error. Connection not found: Please check to make sure the IP Address is valid and that the computer software is running. All those things are running and correct. Talked to Apple and they said I had to contact you.
I just answered your post in a different thread, but it may be that you have a Mac computer. Are you running mSecure on your Mac and trying to sync your iPhone and iPad's mSecure app to that app?
