Family Plan - Adding a Person

I invited my son to our family plan within mSecure.  When he accepted, it took him to a login page where he set up his account with his email address.  Now, he is all set up within an account that says he is on a 30 day trial.  I don't believe he is in our account at all.  I need this fixed so that he is in our family plan and not on his own plan.  Can someone please help?  This was not an easy process at all.   I need someone to reach out to me directly to get this fixed.  Thank you.
