Unable to access my mSecure app

I had to reinstate my fingerprint on my iPad and now I cannot access my account. I cannot remember my password as I haven’t used it in a long time, just the fingerprint. As I have stored all my passwords in this account, I need to be able to access them. I tried my original password but it won’t accept it. Help please
