I purchased a Family subscription but my account is not properly credited. I bought the subscription on the Mac App store

Hi Ariel,

I'm not sure why, but the subscription you signed up for on our website did not get set correctly in our system. I have updated it manually, so you should now see you have a Family Subscription with a renewal/expiration data of May 7th, 2024. Do you see that now in your mSecure Account Settings?
