As long as you know the credentials for mSecure, you should have no problems updating your phone. The best thing to do is simply create a backup of your data, because that will make it pretty much impossible to lose any information.

1. What type of phone do you have now, and what type of phone will you be getting?
2. When you open mSecure, is the icon a very dark blue or a bright blue color?
