I just replaced my computer because my old one broke. Now I cannot
activate mSecure 3.5.7 on the new computer. When I enter my email
address and license code, I get the message: "Sorry, we were unable to
verify your license information. License code has already been
utilized."
Since we're going to need your license number for mSecure 3, can you email our support team at "[email protected]" instead? Once we have your license number, we can check the activations in our system to make sure you have a couple available for future use.
