Unable to sign in on PC

I changed my password on my iphone, when I went to sign in on my pc, it would not accept new password.  Said password word changed on another device.  How do I get access on my pc????

Thank you for contacting us. Please uninstall and reinstall the mSecure app on your PC and "Sign In" to your account using your new password. After doing so, did this solve the issue? Please let me know and I will assist further.
