Thank you for contacting us Andrew. As long as you know your mSecure account password from when the backup was created, you can restore it. You can't, however, reset your password in order to try to restore a backup. In other words, if you have forgotten your password, the backup cannot be restored, as it is secured with the account password that was in use when the backup was created.
