Can’t get to my data

I have an iPhone 10 and MSecure 4.0. I updated my iPhone recently (Apple did this for me). Now when I open mSecure I get a screen but everything is frozen so I can only see one screen of data.Dduring the update I find that There’s an additional icon for MSecure but this one behaves the same way. How can I access my data?
