Total failure of a system

I lost access to all my stored passwords with no prior warning. My master password was stored via auto-fill, leaving me completely locked out. This has directly impacted my ability to run my business. Support responses are limited to links stating the old version isn’t supported, with no real help or accountability. 


This is what I sent to you through the ticket system:  I am sending you links to an article that explains in detail on why you are dealing with the issue you are dealing with since you are not the only user that has dealt with this issue in the past. If you do not recall your mSecure 4 password, the only other way we could retrieve your mSecure 4 password is if you accessed the mSecure 4 previously using Face ID/Touch ID. If you were able to do this in the past with the mSecure 4 app, please let me know and I will assist further.
