Wi-fi syncing problem at new location

Hi,
I recently moved and I'm having trouble getting wi-fi syncing to work at the new place. Errors are "server not available" on my mobile device and "Server not specified" on the main computer.
At my old location, I used a wired ethernet connection; at my new place it's wireless only. I'm wondering if that's the issue.
What I've done:
- Per the Wi-Fi Syncing Issues article, I changed the network setting to Private -- no change
- Toggled Main Computer and Sync Automatically -- no change
Any ideas? Thanks!
