Thank you for contacting us. Do you currently have access to your data on any device currently? There could be many things that could be happening to cause this issue to occur. One thing that could be causing this problem to happen is if your devices are not all on the same time/date. If there are differences between the device that you are signing into and the device that you are getting the 2FA code, then this will cause an issue. Please let me know if this is the case and I will assist further.
Same problem here. All devices have the same date/time.

You having access to your information is of the utmost importance. Do you have access to your data in any version of mSecure on at least one device? All that matters is that you can access your information. Even if you don't know the password to unlock mSecure but you're able to unlock it using some type of biometric authentication like Face or Touch ID, everything should be good moving forward.
This is a fresh Win 11 install on a PC and adding mSecure 6 on the device. The app is working on my mobile devices so my data is fine.
The "Wrong Code" message is popping up when trying to Authenticate the Sign In on the PC for the first time. Microsoft Authenticator will not recognize my QR code for 2FA so I am requesting codes via email or text message and this is the when I get stopped cold with the Wrong Code message.

I apologize for my delay in response. On your iOS device, please disable 2FA in the mSecure settings and then go to your PC to see if you are now able to sign in to your account without 2FA. After you sign in to your account, please go into the settings of the mSecure app on your PC to set 2FA up. Are you able to do so?

I purchased a new computer and installed mSecure. I tried signing in with the 2FA and I keep getting an error message "wrong code try again" I have trird sending text & email several thins and keep getting the same message. Help Please
