Thank you for contacting us. You won't need to cancel your account in order for you to upgrade your subscription level. I am able to upgrade your subscription to a premium subscription if you are wanting this. If I upgraded your subscription today, you would be billed MX$163.01 on Sep 16, 2024 and MX$683.91 every 1 year after. Are you ok with this charge?

I have an Essentials Plan and I want to upgrade to Premium, what shall I do? I read the response given to someone else and I would like to to cancel my actual account an purchase a new Prime account, I just have a question, do I lose my information when the account is cancelled? Or how do I back it up.
