Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what you mean here. I checked your account, and it looks like you have around 200 active records stored in mSecure. When you open the app, are you not seeing those records? Please provide more information about what's happening, and I'll do all I can to help.
I am not seeing my passwords I set up on my phone. my phone is currently not working.
Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. You having access to your information is of the utmost importance. Do you have access to your data in any version of mSecure on at least one device? All that matters is that you can access your information. Even if you don't know the password to unlock mSecure but you're able to unlock it using some type of biometric authentication like Face or Touch ID, everything should be good moving forward.
