No option for Face ID or touch ID

There is No option to unlock with Face ID or Touch ID?

I have several devices with mSecure on it that work with Face ID or touch ID but I have a new iPad 10th generation where it does not have the option to unlock with either of those

I'm not sure what's happening here, but your account does have a Premium subscription. Are you saying you don't see the option to turn on Face / Touch ID unlock in mSecure's Settings on any of your devices? Should see that option as long as you signed in to the correct account.
