Thank you for contacting us. I was able to find the account using the email address you have here in the forum, but that account only shows that at least one PC has signed in to it. There is no iOS device that has signed in to that account. This indicates you have more than one account.
Go ahead and open mSecure on your iPhone, tap the menu button in the top left corner, then tap Settings. In the Settings, tap Account Settings. What email address do you see in that screen? Also, is this the same email address you're signing in to in mSecure on your PC?
