Subscription cancelled

I got a message this morning my subscription has been canceled. I have been trying to pay to start it but can’t find a way. The not you direct me to is useless and is no help. I never got a notice it was about to happen. I was on autopay but the original card got replaced and I didn’t realize this. I have my receipt from last year when this was done. How do I get this back and updated without loosing all my data?

@Leepeek1956 Thank you for contacting us. So far as I can tell, you have successfully signed up for a new Premium subscription your credit card was replaced. I see an active subscription that will renew on June 26th of 2024. Are you not seeing that you have a Premium subscription in your mSecure app's Account Settings? If not, what do you see?
