I am trying to completely start over in establishing and setting up a mSecure account. I have uninstalled and reset my account 2-3 times and each time after reinstalling I attempt to create an account and after entering the new password I get the message. " receive a message that an account with that email already exists' ' 

I don't have any data stored yet so I dont have any data to loose. Let me know what to do next. Thank you.

Hi Norman,

After you reset your account, you need to sign in to the account you just reset rather than trying sign up for a new account. What happens when you try to sign in instead of sign up?
