Moving data from 3.5.7 (rev 717) to msecure 6 safely

morning to everyone, my mSecure 3.5.7 (rev 717) does not syncronize anymore my devices after installing Winsows 11 home. As I am not getting any answer from Msecure support, I wonder if there is a safe way to move all data from 3.5.7 to msecure 6 (or 5). Many thanks for any advice / Antonio
