HELP GETTING YOUR PROGRAM TO WORK

very upset that no way to use your program after having had a great passwords program (pp+) for years.  I have ;paid money and can get nothing.  Someone needs to provide a step-by-step way to migrate from PP+--previous instructions don't work (I only got about 45 of 170 entries) 

I have no idea how to "edit" CVS entries--please send explanation.

I have downloaded on my PC but need versions for iPhone and iPad and they are not in the App Store as of 5/2.
