Windows 11 fails to launch mSecure 6

Sorry for posting another topic, but my replies to other threads don't seem to be posting.


Same problem on Windows 11, mSecure 6.  Splash screen opens for 30 seconds then closes.  Windows Event Viewer shows an Error and many Information entries.


Error:

The program mSecure.exe version 1.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Hi John,

Thank you for the logs. As you may have seen in the other thread you posted to, you are running into a known bug that we're working as hard as we can to get fixed. The bug has been a very difficult to figure out, but we think we do have it fixed. We're now just waiting for testers to confirm the fix before publishing the new build. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible, and then we'll get it published to the Microsoft Store.


Also, if you are willing, I can get you on the list to download the beta build with the fix in it. Would you be interested in doing that to confirm the fix for us?
