trial has expired


I'm writing to see if I have a PRO account. I was under the impression that I did but after switching phones the app now says my trial expired. I purchased PRO on 11/1/2020 and have a QR code. 

Can you please email me with a confirmation? Please help me sync my files that should be backed up via cloud storage. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us. I checked your mSecure account that is using the email address you are using here the support form, and that account does have a license applied to it. You shouldn't have any problems signing in to the account in newly installed mSecure apps. Can you let me know what is happening when you try to sign in to your account?
