Thank you for contacting us Derrick. Unfortunately, mSecure 5 is only supported in the Windows 10 OS. It is not possible to run the newest version of the app in Windows 8.

I installed mSecure 5 on my Windows 10 laptop with no problem, however. mSecure 5 does not show up in my Microsoft store of purchased apps on my Windows 8.1 desktop pc as it does on my Windows 10 laptop Microsoft store. Any help is appreciated.
