Ticket activated...how am I supposed to submit it?

You've notified me that my ticket has been activated. What am I supposed to do now? Wait for you to get in touch with me?  Or am I missing something?  Am I supposed to activate this ticket and if so, how? I am not computer friendly :O)

Hi Afton. It looks like you are in our email system now, so I believe you have received help for this issue. If you are still experiencing the same problem, please respond to the email I sent out awhile back, and we will continue troubleshooting.
