How to see which devices the app was activated

If the app was activated on multiple devices, how can I see the list of those devices?  And desactivate one of them, if I lost it?

Hi J.

Thank you for contacting us. There is no activation process for mSecure 5. Can you let me know what version of mSecure you are using or are referring to? If this is about mSecure 5, we currently do not have any device management options. However, this is something we are looking to add in the future.

Is there now a way to see what devices my msecure is being used on? This would be really helpful.

Thank you for contacting us, and my apologies for the long delay in my response. Currently, we don't have the ability for users to see which devices are signed in to their mSecure, but this is a feature we already have on our list for the future. I don't have a date for when it will be added, but it's on the radar!

Thank you for your time, and please let me know if you need further assistance.

Not being able to know which devices are logged into an app is a real security issue, Mike.

I hope this feature will be updated soon.

@Gerald While you can't see which devices are logged into your mSecure account, you can still be assured you know that all devices signed in to it are legitimate. When any device signs in to an account, our system sends you and email letting you know the event took place. If the sign-in attempt was not authorized, you simply change your password and follow instructions sent in the email.

The feature you're asking for is on our radar, and it will be added in the future, but I did want to let you know that you are always notified of account sign-ins.
