How do I migrate data from my mSecure 4.5.4 to mSecure 5.5.4 - all within my iPhone?

I recently purchased 5.5, but after some delay, I am trying to migrate my data to the new version. I run a PC, and have successfully backed up my 4.5.4 data to the PC, but don't seem to be able to either migrate directly from one version to the other within the iPhone itself, nor restore to 5.5.4 from the PC backup. Please advise. JoeV

All good now, I found the method utilising an email backup to restore (not migrate). Now I need to see if "Auto Syncing" works to a PC.
