It firstly attempts to sync bbut after 2 seconds crashes out and screen reverts to ios menu

I’m on same but iPhone 16 and it is happening. TBH it worked for a bit today I don’t recall an issue and now using the app again it worked once and now I can’t use it again before it crashes

I have the same issue, as soon as WiFi sync starts iOS and iPADOS devices all crash.  I have an open ticket on this issue. If I disable the sync on main computer all devices open with no issues.

In order to be able to access the app I had to actually disable WiFi (eg. airplane mode). Then can bring up the mSecure app and interact. Thereby disabling sync operations.

Hi, I have the same issue. It started today when I went into mSecure on my iPhone 16 Pro. mSecure version 7.0.0 (1111). If I enable Airplane mode, I can get into the app. Otherwise it crashes. It seems to be doing a sync just before or when it cashes.  I am on iOS 25.3.1. Suggestions? thanks.

I've had the following message from a mSecure Support Representative: ------------------------------------ Hi, We will be releasing a new build of the mSecure 7 app that could possibly fix this issue. We will be releasing this build hopefully over the weekend but by Monday by the latest. Keep an eye of the version number you are seeing to see if this update has been applied to your device. --------------------------------------

I'm having the exact same problem - going on holiday in one day and heavily dependent on the app for this. Absolute disaster. Hope they will fix it very, very soon. 

Work around to enter app: Disable WiFi and enable Airplane mode. Let's you enter the app, but no updates from master DB.

Experiencing exact same issue that other have described.  I am using dropbox as the sync repository.  My laptop appears to be working fine synching with same dropbox account but IOS (26.5) crashes when it attempts to sync.  Putting the iphone into airplane mode allowed me to open the MSecure app on my iphone and then go to settings and turn off automatic synching.  I can also get the app to crash after I log in by swiping down on the UI which cause it to do a refresh.  Have used MSecure for years and this is definitely a real show stopper.  If anyone from support requires more details please reach out.

An update to my previous post.  I updated my iphone and ipad to IOS version 26.5.2 today and this did not resolve the issue with MSecure 7.0 on my iphone.    My ipad is still running version MSecure 6.1, as I did not upgrade it to MSecure version 7.0 yet,  and the ipad synced fine with the same Dropbox account used by all devices.  This is looking like a specific issue with MSecure Version 7.0 (1111) on IOS.   Continuing to monitor app store looking for an update to the IOS version of MSecure.
