The ticket system that we operate through gives me a list of tickets that I need to respond to in a day. We typically respond with in 24 hours of your response and we try our best to respond more than once per day. With the issue you were dealing with, you were able to resolve it before I was able to respond back to you in the morning. I'm sorry for this bad support you experienced, but I am glad this issue was resolved.
