Change email address on Support Portal?

How can I change my email address on the Support Portal?  For whatever reason, when I created my account, I used my work email address, and now I no longer work there, and I don't have access to that email address.


On the Edit Profile screen, the email address is one field I'm unable to change.  Can I change it somehow, or should I just create a new account with my personal email address?

Thank you for contacting us. I believe I can change the email address for you in our system. But you could also create a new account too. It won't matter if there are two different accounts in the system. If you want me to change it, I would just need you to give your email address.

It would help to have that ability gong forward to change it, locally. Rather giving you the email in a public forum, let me know your contact info. Otherwise I will simply close the account as you suggest. 

@Henry Thank you for contacting us. mSeven Software does not own Freshdesk (Our support platform), so there is no way to change how Freshdesk operates. If you are willing to create a new support account under the new email address, then you won't need to give any contact info. If you want to give us your email address to change your email for your support account, please email us at [email protected] so it will be in a private setting.
