Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. I'm not sure what you mean here, because we never delete any customer information. The only way data gets deleted is if the user either deletes specific records or they decide to reset their account. In these cases, the data is deleted, but that is due to decisions made by the customer.
Are you saying that you forgot your password and then went through the account reset process?
