Thank you for contacting us. I checked our system, and you do have an account using the "[email protected]" email address. That account has an active Essentials subscription, so the best thing to do here is simply reset that account so you can get access to it again.
Real quick, do you have access to your information in any version of mSecure running on at least one device, or are you simply locked out of mSecure on all your devices?

I had a old account around 2015 that I lost my paswoord Then I created anther account a few years ago. I would like to eather reset the password or just get a new account How do I do that "

BUT I have a newer email called [email protected] that I can us if that is better?
