Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what's happening here, but we'll get it straightened out. It's possible you are signed in to two different accounts here, so the first thing I need you do to is check the Username in both mSecure apps.
On your iPhone, open mSecure, tap the menu button in the top left corner (3 stacked lines), then tap Account Settings.
On your Mac, open mSecure, click "mSecure > Preferences" in the top left of your screen, then tap the Account tab.
Do both apps show the same email address?

setup a new iPhone 14 from my iPhone X. I use WiFi sync, with the master is my iMac. my MB is syncing with no issue. Trying to set up sync on the iPhone 14 and current setting is "Sync Disabled". I go to choose sync setting and try to select any option but it won't change. As soon as I tap on any of the options (prefer to use WiFi), the screen immediately goes back and setting is still saying "disabled".
please help.
