I have a premium account and bough the Family plan but it is not reflected

I upgraded my premium account to a family plan, however, my account still says premium, is there anything else I need to do?

Any comment on this, I bough it online supposing it will apply immediately however, 3 days after I am still on my old plan and no response from support.

I have been in communication with you via email. You should now see that your subscription is a Family subscription in mSecure's Account Settings.
