I tried searching for one with the email you use here in the support forum, but I was not able to find it. What email address do you see in mSecure's Account Settings?
Ok, it looks like you purchased the subscription through the iOS mSecure app, so the subscription will have to be cancelled from the Subscriptions section of your iOS Settings app. To do that, open the Settings app, and tap on your name at the top. That will take you to your Apple ID information. Tap the "Subscription" option to view your active subscriptions. Find your mSecure subscription in that screen, tap it, and you should be able to cancel it.
