I just had the Apple Store migrate my old MacBook Pro to a new one..However, when I open mSecure, it is no longer connected to my account. The <email> field at the top of the window is blank.
How can I set up mSecure on my new computer?
Thank you for contacting us. This sometimes happens after a migration from one Mac to the other. The data for your mSecure account is stored in the database file, so we're not sure why this happens. Do you happen to know your mSecure account credentials? Also, do you have mSecure running on another device where you have access to your information? If so, what device is that?
