Please help me. Can’t remember password and don’t want to lose all info

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. Can you let mw know if you are completely locked out of all your mSecure apps, or are you able to get into at least one of them using some type of biometric unlock feature like Touch or Face ID? Also, do you know which version of mSecure you're using?
