Unable to retrieve old password

Since I updated my version of mSecure I was unable to retrieve any of my old records ..

Thank you for contacting us. I believe you'll simply need to restore your data from mSecure 4 in mSecure 6's Settings, but I need a bit more information from you first. Were you using mSecure 4 before updating to mSecure 6 around December 20th of last year? If so, do you still have mSecure 4 installed on your iOS device?
