I would like to request a refund

The import from Passwords Plus does not work.  That is the only reason that I bought mSecure.

Can you let me know what happened when you tried to import your information? So far as we know, the new versions of mSecure we published last week import Passwords Plus data without any problems. If you are using the Windows version of mSecure, then you would need to make sure you have downloaded version 6.0.268.0.


Would you like help getting your information imported, or do you just want to get a refund?
