Have Password but not sure of signing I used
Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what you mean here when you say you're not sure of the signing you used. For an mSecure account, you need to have a Username (an email address) and a password. Are you saying you don't know which email address you used for your account?
Also, can you let me know what has led you to this place where you need help with signing in to mSecure 5? Please provide all the context you can about what is happening, and I should be able to help. For example, are you you trying to upgrade to mSecure 5 from an older version of the app?
